...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON FOR WEST CENTRAL CORYELL, SOUTHWESTERN HAMILTON,
NORTHWESTERN LAMPASAS AND MILLS COUNTIES...

At 1149 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Life threatening flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Goldthwaite, Evant, Ridge, Center City, Star, Moline, Caradan,
  Bozar, Adamsville, Bee House, Pearl and Regency.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dangerous flash flooding is occurring or is imminent. Do not attempt
to travel unless you are fleeing flood waters. If you are in an area
subject to flooding, move to higher ground now.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
