The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Henderson County in central Texas...
  Northeastern Ellis County in north central Texas...
  Kaufman County in north central Texas...
  Northeastern Navarro County in north central Texas...

* Until 100 PM CDT.

* At 950 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
  1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Ennis, Terrell, Kaufman, Gun Barrel City, Mabank, Tool, Palmer,
  Combine, Kerens, Seven Points, Kemp, Trinidad, Grays Prairie,
  Alma, Enchanted Oaks, Cottonwood, Flag Lake, Cedar Creek
  Reservoir, New Terrell City Lake and Bardwell Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
