The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Falls County in central Texas...
  Freestone County in central Texas...
  Limestone County in central Texas...
  Northeastern McLennan County in central Texas...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 319 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
  1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Waco, Robinson, Bellmead, Mexia, Lacy-Lakeview, Groesbeck, Teague,
  Fairfield, West, Mart, Beverly Hills, Wortham, Riesel, Coolidge,
  Hallsburg, Fort Parker State Park, Lake Mexia, Lake Limestone,
  Richland-Chambers Reservoir and Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
