AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Dallas.

* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will begin. The
  pasture lands near the river will flood. Trails along the river
  begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 29.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening
    to 30.9 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood
    stage late tonight to 17.3 feet Saturday evening. It will
    rise to 19.5 feet Tuesday morning. It will then fall again
    and remain below flood stage.

  Water starts to cover portions of FM 407 north of the creek and
  Tim Donald Rd south of the creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.9
    feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.

  creek. Ball fields at Moss Park are completely flooded.

  - At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 87.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 84.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 84.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 71.0 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then rise to 71.1 feet late tomorrow
    evening. It will fall again and remain below flood stage.

  - Flood stage is 33.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 41.9
    feet Sunday morning.
