PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHERE...Village Creek at Everman.

* WHEN...From early this morning to this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early this morning to a crest between 21 and 22 feet early
    this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this
    afternoon.
