...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Falls and McLennan counties in Central Texas.

* WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may be impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Local law enforcement reported flooding due to heavy rain in
    the warned area due to thunderstorms.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Waco, Robinson, Bellmead, Lacy-Lakeview, West, Mart, Beverly
    Hills, Riesel, Hallsburg, Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, Lake
    Creek Lake, Northcrest, Leroy, Ross, Axtell, Downsville,
    Perry, Elm Mott, Asa and Tours.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
