...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Western portions of Tarrant county in North Texas.

* WHEN...Until 1230 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rain fell across the area this morning, and flooding is
    ongoing. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen, and
    light rain is expected over the next hour or so.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Fort Worth, Mansfield, Burleson, Benbrook, White Settlement,
    Crowley, Forest Hill, Azle, River Oaks, Everman, Sansom Park,
    Lake Worth, Eagle Mountain, Rendon, Briar, Pecan Acres,
    Edgecliff Village, Westworth Village, Pelican Bay and
    Edgecliff.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
