FOR CENTRAL DENTON...NORTHWESTERN COLLIN AND SOUTHWESTERN GRAYSON
COUNTIES...
At 1236 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cross Roads,
or 7 miles northeast of Corinth, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe storm will be near...
Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Aubrey, Krugerville, and Cross Roads
around 1240 PM CDT.
McKinney around 1250 PM CDT.
Anna and Melissa around 100 PM CDT.
Van Alstyne around 105 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Ethel,
Tioga, Oak Point, Elmont, Providence Village, Ponder, Stony, Weston,
Lincoln Park, and Farmington.
