Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northeast Montana
National Weather Service Glasgow MT
223 AM MDT Sun Jun 2 2024

.DISCUSSION...

A frontal system Monday afternoon and night gives medium to high
(50-80%) confidence for a widespread wetting rain across NE
Montana then, though only isolated locations are likely to exceed
a quarter inch. Gusty west winds will be present behind it
Tuesday and Wednesday as a dry pattern moves in. Minimum daily
humidity in the 20-30% range will be common bringing more elevated
fire weather conditions, but greenup limits concerns for now.
