This is the regional weather summary for the eastern two-thirds
of Montana, southern Saskatchewan, and western North Dakota.

A cold front has moved through the region and will produce
showers and thunderstorms this evening, with some of the storms
becoming severe in eastern Montana and western North Dakota. A few
showers are possible on Thursday as an upper level Low moves by to
the north.

Tonight will see showers and thunderstorms in eastern Montana and
western North Dakota. Some of the storms could be severe with
strong gusty winds and large hail. Lows will be in the 40s.

Thursday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a chance of showers
over north central and northeastern Montana. Highs will be in the
mid 50s to the mid 60s.

Thursday night will be partly cloudy with lows in the low to mid
40s.
