...STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS AND BLOWING DUST WILL IMPACT
MITCHELL...ROOKS...JEWELL... SOUTHERN SMITH...OSBORNE AND SOUTHERN
PHILLIPS COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM CDT...

At 1011 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong winds associated
with an outflow boundary along a line extending from Webber to near
Ionia to near Harlan to 6 miles south of Logan. Blowing dust has
been reported in addition to the winds. Movement was southeast at 50
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and blowing dust.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Mankato, Jewell, Alton, Portis, Ionia, Webber, Lovewell State
  Park, and Montrose around 1015 PM CDT.
  Osborne, Stockton, Downs, Cawker City, Woodston, and Formoso
  around 1020 PM CDT.
  Glen Elder and Randall around 1025 PM CDT.
  Beloit around 1030 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Tipton,
Scottsville, Asherville, Natoma, Simpson, Hunter, Codell and Victor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
these storms pass.
