a line extending from near Red Cloud to near Bellaire to 6 miles
northeast of Phillipsburg. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and blowing dust.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
