At 859 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Boelus to near Shelton to Hildreth to 6 miles east of Oxford. Movement was southeast at 50 mph. Blowing dust has also been reported along outflow ahead of the main line of thunderstorms. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph, half inch hail, and blowing dust. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Wood River, Kenesaw, Cairo, Hildreth, Upland, Heartwell, Prosser, Huntley, and Norman around 905 PM CDT. Juniata, Alda, and Holstein around 910 PM CDT. Grand Island, Hastings, Doniphan, Campbell, Roseland, Republican City, and Hansen around 915 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of these storms include Bladen and Harlan County Dam.
