FILLMORE...NORTHERN THAYER AND SOUTHEASTERN POLK COUNTIES THROUGH
1015 PM CDT...

At 944 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong outflow winds and
blowing dust along a line extending from Benedict to near Sutton to
near Deweese to near Red Cloud. Blowing dust may result in
visibility reductions to around one mile in spots.  Movement was
southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and blowing dust.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  York, Fairmont, Edgar, Nelson, McCool Junction, Guide Rock,
  Grafton, and Ong around 950 PM CDT.
  Geneva, Shickley, Davenport, Waco, Oak, Nora, and Bostwick around
  955 PM CDT.
  Superior, Exeter, Burr Oak, Ruskin, Carleton, and Strang around
  1000 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Bruning.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 341 and 365.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
these storms pass.
