...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 AM CDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL GOSPER...NORTHWESTERN BUFFALO AND DAWSON
COUNTIES...

At 216 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles north of Cozad to near Johnson Lake, moving
northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe storms will be near...
  Lexington around 220 AM CDT.
  Eddyville around 235 AM CDT.
  Sumner around 245 AM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 220 and 243.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
