...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN RIO BLANCO COUNTY
THROUGH 245 PM MDT...

At 215 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rangely, or 52 miles southeast of Vernal, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rangely.

This includes the following highways...
 Colorado 64 between mile markers 18 and 55.
 Colorado 139 between mile markers 67 and 72.
