...GUSTY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN GARFIELD
COUNTY THROUGH 445 PM MDT...

At 420 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers with embedded
thunderstorms and virga near New Castle, or 9 miles west of Glenwood
Springs, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Glenwood Springs, New Castle, and Silt.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 105 and 118.
 Colorado 82 between mile markers 1 and 6.
