URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE

...Critical fire weather conditions are expected Thursday...

.The combination of dry fuels, relative humidity values as low as
10 percent and southwest winds gusting 25 to 35 mph will produce
critical fire weather conditions in the Red Flag Warning area.
Outdoor burning should be avoided.

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 9 PM MDT THURSDAY FOR
WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 013, 027,
041, 253, AND 254...

The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from 11 AM to 9 PM MDT Thursday.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 013 Sherman, 027 Wallace,
  041 Greeley, 253 Kit Carson and 254 Cheyenne.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 90.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended. A cold front and its
  associated wind shift will move through the warning area during
  the early to mid evening hours, shifting winds to the north with
  gusts up to 40 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or are imminent. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
