AND WESTERN GOVE COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM CDT...

At 930 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers/storms 16 miles
southeast of Wallace, or 16 miles north of Leoti, moving northeast
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Multiple mesonet sites have reported around 55 mph wind
         gusts in Wichita county.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Russell Springs.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 75 and 89.
