...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM CDT
FOR RED WILLOW AND EASTERN HITCHCOCK COUNTIES...

At 152 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 11 miles east of Hayes Center to 10 miles southwest of
Stockville to 4 miles southwest of Indianola to 9 miles north of
Herndon, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

These severe storms will be near...
  Indianola and Bartley around 200 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for southwestern
Nebraska.

This is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION with tornado like wind
speeds expected. Mobile homes and high profile vehicles are
especially susceptible to winds of this magnitude and may be
overturned. For your protection move to an interior room on the
lowest floor of a building. These storms have the potential to cause
serious injury and significant property damage.
