...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 PM MDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN YUMA COUNTY...
At 918 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of
Eckley, or 6 miles east of Yuma, moving east at 40 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR ECKLEY COLORADO!.
HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 9 PM MDT tennis to softball size hail
was reported 1 mile south of Yuma.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.

Eckley around 925 PM MDT.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM MDT for northeastern
Colorado.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
