For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 5 to 8 ft expected. * WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island to Sheboygan. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 11 PM CDT this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 4 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong to severe thunderstorms will move across the waters between 9 pm and midnight. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
