Showers and storms have been ongoing early this afternoon across
much of east-central WI. Initial estimates are showing areas in

today with areas further north and west picking up just over half
an inch. As of 4pm temperatures were ranging from the middle 50s
near the lakeshore to around 70 degrees in north central WI.

Showers and storms will continue to work east across east-
central WI this afternoon before exiting the region this evening
leaving the area mostly dry overnight. With the rainfall today and
wind become light overnight areas of widespread fog will be
possible overnight and may linger into Tuesday morning and impact
morning commuters. Lows overnight are forecast to range from the
upper 40s along the UP boarder to the upper 50s in central WI and
the Fox Valley.

Confidence is increasing in potential for impactful severe

Tuesday afternoon and evening. Damaging winds, large hail, and a
few tornadoes will be possible with stronger storms. The greatest
chance for severe storms will be across central Wisconsin in the

be multiple rounds of strong to severe thunderstorms. High
temperatures are forecast to range from the upper 60s across the
Northwoods to the mid 70s in central Wisconsin.
