...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE
AFTERNOON ACROSS BROWN AND FAR EASTERN OUTAGAMIE COUNTIES...

At 4 pm, doppler radar indicated an area of slow moving showers and
scattered thunderstorms across far eastern Outagamie County into
the southern half of Brown County. The strongest storms extended
from 3 miles east of Kaukauna to 4 miles north of Wrightstown to
near Denmark. The showers and storms were drifting slowly to the
south and should continue across the area through 5 pm.

The slow movement of the showers and storms will result in locally
heavy rainfall, with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour in
the strongest showers and storms, which may result in localized
flooding and ponding of water on area highways. Ditches, small
streams and rivers will be on the rise this evening due to the
additional rainfall.

If you encounter heavy rain, slow down to avoid hydroplaning. If
you see flooding, please report it to your local law enforcement
agency or via social media to the National Weather Service in
Green Bay.
