* At 250 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 18 nm west of Big Sable Point Light to 15 nm west of
  Ludington Light, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
