FOR CENTRAL BUNCOMBE COUNTY...

At 357 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles northwest of
Downtown Asheville, or near Woodfin, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Woodfin, Weaverville, Leicester, Flat Creek, and North Asheville.
