southwest Maine, central New Hampshire and southern New Hampshire.

Patchy dense fog is possible at times through tonight. Please use
caution if traveling and be prepared for reduced visibility.

Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall are expected tonight, which
could result in localized flooding along with rises on area rivers
and streams.
