County.

Some showers are still expected, but the flash flooding threat
should remain west of Oahu. Therefore, the Flood Watch is cancelled.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Niihau and Kauai.

* WHEN...Through 6 AM HST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Significant flooding may occur due to the overflow of
  streams and drainages. Roads in several areas may be closed, along
  with property damage in urban or low lying spots due to runoff.
  Landslides may also occur in areas with steep terrain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A band of moderate to heavy showers associated with a kona
    low north of the islands will slowly move over Kauai County
    beginning this evening. As this band slowly moves westward
    through late Saturday night, the threat for flash flooding
    for the islands of Niihau and Kauai will persist.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
