* Special Marine Warning for...
  Big Island Windward Waters...

* Until 1045 PM HST.

* At 838 PM HST, a strong thunderstorm was located 17 nm east of FAD
  Buoy D, or 19 nm east of Kapoho, moving northwest at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  FAD Buoy E.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, small hail, high waves, dangerous
lightning, and heavy rain are possible with this storm.
