Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pasadena, northeastern Pearland, Baytown, Friendswood, Deer Park, South Houston, Beach City, Highlands, Channelview, Cloverleaf, northwestern Clear Lake, South Belt / Ellington, Greater Hobby Area, Mont Belvieu, Shoreacres, Old River- Winfree, Cove, Morgan`s Point, San Jacinto State Park and Houston Ship Channel. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
