* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
counties, Montgomery and Walker.
* WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1005 AM CDT, Though the heaviest rain has moved out of the
area, localized flooding issues may persist through the rest
of the morning.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Montgomery, Dacus and Dobbin.
