...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by runoff from recent excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  county, Galveston.

* WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1031 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
    the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Texas City, La Marque, Santa Fe, Hitchcock and Bayou Vista.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    Farm to Market 646 at Highland Bayou, Laurel Street at Lower
    Highland Bayou Tributary, State Highway 6 at Interstate 45
    South, Avenue P at Highland Bayou, Avenue Q1/2 at Highland
    Bayou, Seventh St at Highland Bayou, Fourth Street at
    Dickinson Bayou tributaries and Fourth Street at Dickinson
    Bayou tributary.
