...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...While winds are light and variable at the moment, strong
  winds are developing behind the line of showers and thunderstorms
  moving through the region. Southerly winds of around 25mph with
  gusts to 35 to 45 mph will be possible as this swath of strong
  winds moves overhead. Winds may become variable at times.

* WHERE...Austin, Burleson, Colorado, and Washington Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Monitoring for wind gusts to exceed 65mph,
  which would an upgrade to a High Wind Warning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
