* At 903 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 13 nm north of
  Burnet Bay, or 25 nm northwest of Trinity Bay, moving southeast at
  20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  East Galveston Bay, Galveston Ship Channel, West Bay, Upper San
