  Coastal waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX out 20
  NM...
  Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
  Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60
  NM...
  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 1030 PM CDT.

* At 853 PM CDT, a cluster of strong to severe thunderstorms was
  centered about 25 NM south of Freeport, moving northeast at 40
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
           structural damage.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tabs Buoy F, Galveston A8, Heald Bank, High Island A23, Galveston
  317, Buoy 42035, Galveston 256, Galveston 424, High Island 157,
  High Island A179, High Island A61, High Island 208, and Galveston
  A21.

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
