...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WHARTON AND
NORTHWESTERN MATAGORDA COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 AM CDT...

At 938 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Markham, or 10 miles west of Bay City, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bay City, Markham, Van Vleck, Blessing, and Midfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
