.DISCUSSION...

Today, a low chance of strong to severe storms exists for the
TN Valley with medium-high chances (50-70%) of showers/storms
through the afternoon hours. As a result, wetting rains are
forecast to impact the area. Mixing heights are forecast to be
4600ft+ coupled with SW transport winds around 10mph, allowing
good dispersions.

Sunday, mixing heights are forecast to be 5200ft+ coupled with
SSW transport winds around 15-25 mph, allowing good dispersions.
A low-medium chance of strong to severe storms exists later in
day/during the overnight hours into Monday. During this period,
medium to high chances (50-80%) of showers/storms are possible.
As a result, wetting rains are forecast Sunday night into Monday
morning.

Fog potential over the next few days: A low chance of patchy fog
exists this morning and a low-medium chance of fog exists tonight
into Sunday morning. Any fog that forms should dissipate shortly
after sunrise.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time due to
saturated soils and RH values well above criteria.
