An area of showers with embedded thunderstorms moved from western
into portions of central Kansas overnight. Otherwise, increasing
clouds were noted across central Kansas with clear to partly
cloudy conditions in eastern Kansas. Predawn temperatures were
generally in the 50s.

There will be a risk for severe storms today across portions of
eastern Oklahoma, northwest Arkansas and southern Missouri with
some morning showers and storms in eastern Kansas. Otherwise, dry
weather is expected across the rest of mid-America today and
tonight.

High temperatures today will generally range from the 70s to the
lower 80s with lows tonight from the 50s to the lower 60s.
