...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN COWLEY AND
SOUTHEASTERN SUMNER COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 PM CDT...

At 1129 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Geuda Springs, or 7 miles northwest of Arkansas City, moving east at
30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Arkansas City, Winfield, Oxford, Geuda Springs, Strother Field
Airport, and Winfield City Lake.
