... GUSTY WINDS CONTINUING ACROSS MONTGOMERY AND LABETTE COUNTIES ...

Strong southerly winds continue across portions of far southeast
Kansas this morning. Coffeyville Airport reported a 64 mph wind gust
at 6:16 AM CDT. 45 to 60 mph winds may continue over the next hour
or so in these areas.

The main concerns will be loose and lightweight outdoor objects
potentially being blown around, and a few downed tree limbs.

Locations impacted include...
Parsons, Coffeyville, Independence, Cherryvale, Caney, Oswego,
Chetopa, Altamont, Edna, Dearing, Mound Valley, Elk City, Tyro,
Liberty, Havana, Bolton, Sycamore, Bartlett, Labette, and Parsons Tri
City Airport.
