At 500 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 13 nm east of Wreck
33, moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
City Of Houston, Wreck 33, and Frying Pan Shoals Light Tower.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
