  Coastal waters from Surf City to Cape Fear NC out 20 nm...
  Waters from Cape Fear NC to Little River Inlet SC from 20 to 40
  nm...
  Waters from Surf City to Cape Fear NC from 20 to 40 nm...

* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 409 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Mount Dirfy`s
  Wreck, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Frying Pan Shoals Light Tower, Wreck 33, Raritan Wreck, Frying Pan
  Shoals Buoy, Cape Fear Knuckle Buoy, City Of Houston, and Mount
  Dirfy`s Wreck.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
