WESTERN ADAMS AND SOUTH CENTRAL HIGHLAND COUNTIES THROUGH 200 AM
EDT...

At 115 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Brooksville,
moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Maysville, Georgetown, Washington, West Union, Manchester, Ripley,
Aberdeen, Augusta, Winchester, Sardinia, Seaman, Felicity, Lewisburg,
Brooksville, Belfast, Tollesboro, Emerald, Decatur, Russellville, and
Hamersville.
