...A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF
SOUTHEASTERN PIKE AND EASTERN SCIOTO COUNTIES THROUGH 300 AM EDT...

At 243 AM EDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 6 miles northeast of Clarktown to Greenup, moving
east at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, South Webster, Sciotodale, Franklin
Furnace, Clarktown, Beaver, Stockdale, Minford, State Route 335 at
State Route 776, Powellsville, Portsmouth Regional Airport, Lyra, and
Germany.

Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.
