Northeastern Highland County in south central Ohio... Ross County in south central Ohio... * Until 330 PM EDT. * At 244 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles northeast of Morrow to near Kincaid Springs, moving north at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include... Chillicothe, Washington Court House, Wilmington, Greenfield, Sabina, Jamestown, Leesburg, New Vienna, Jeffersonville, Bainbridge, New Holland, Pike Lake, Cynthiana, North Folk Village, Staunton, Good Hope, Frankfort, Clarksburg, Bowersville, and Port William.
