FOR SCOTT AND CENTRAL MORGAN COUNTIES...

At 434 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Glasgow, or 8
miles southwest of Winchester, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe storm will be near...
  Winchester, Alsey, and Glasgow around 440 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Concord,
Nortonville, Merritt, Lynnville, Exeter, and Valley City.

This includes Interstate 72 between mile markers 43 and 68.
