* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Marion County including Indianapolis.

* WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Urban street flooding, including minor flooding in
  low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1131 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Indianapolis, Lawrence, Beech Grove, Speedway, Southport,
    Cumberland, Warren Park, Homecroft, Monument Circle, Indiana
    State Fairgrounds, Indianapolis Int`l Airport and Camby.
