At 745 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Anderson, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Muncie, Anderson, Yorktown, Pendleton, Chesterfield, Ingalls, Lapel, Edgewood, Daleville, Gaston, Selma, Woodlawn Heights, Country Club Heights, River Forest, Ball State University, and Prairie Creek Reservoir.
