At 811 PM EDT, outflow from strong thunderstorms was along a line
extending from near Antwerp to 7 miles west of Rockford. Movement
was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Defiance, Van Wert, Delphos, Paulding, Spencerville, Antwerp, Payne,
