...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN JASPER...NORTHERN
FORREST...CLARKE AND JONES COUNTIES THROUGH 130 AM CDT...

At 1238 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Pachuta to Eastabuchie. Movement was east at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Hattiesburg, Tuckers Crossing, Stafford Springs, Mill Creek,
  Macedonia, and Goodwater around 1245 AM CDT.
  Quitman, De Soto, and Ovett around 1250 AM CDT.
  Shubuta around 100 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
southeastern and east central Mississippi.
